Excellent accommodation with great facilities. Would have preferred a changeover day of Saturday. LOvely to get up in a morning and see the Deer and Pheasants roaming around. Overall would highly recommend The Gatehouse

The property was lovely, but our circumstances changed after booking in that my Husbands PD symptoms became worse and he had many falls so in future we need accommodation that has hand rails, especially in the bathrooms. Lovely walks in the woods with Sam and the grounds were well kept. Would recommend.

This was our second stay at THE GATEHOUSE it is situated in a lovely area with Sewerby Hall and park on tap and the golf course also on site . The Gatehouse is clean warm with everything available to make it a pleasing place to stay for any age group.

Although the Gatehouse is in a lovely location, we feel that the accommodation is over valued when you compare it to other cabins on the site. Our main concerns were:- 1: No internet access 2: Poor TV option (freeview only) 3: Need for better quality cooking accessories, especially the need for a good quality frying pan as the on provided is worn out 4: Sink drainer required as there isn't one provided. Feel this is unhygienic 5: Would have thought that SKY would be provided in accommodation of this cost

The Gatehouse is a lovely lodge close to Sewerby Hall. It is an excellent location to explore to East coast of Yorkshire. We highly recommend The Gatehouse for a holiday or short break.
