Omg! We loved this house. We stayed here as a group of 9: 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 primary aged children and a baby. The house was equipped with everything we needed, we loved the dishwasher (none of us have one in our own homes!) Lots of space to just be and relax and the garden is great for family games/BBQ. The children loved how friendly Rosie the donkey is and spent a lot of time with her. They also enjoyed watching the cows and sheep wt such close range. Willie, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming and really wants to help you enjoy your stay, nothing is too much trouble. We spent a lot of time on days out with the children, at Blarney castle, the zoo, another castle very close by where there is small farmers market on a Sunday, Waterford is easy to get to and explore. We stumbled on one small village towards the end if our week and we would have loved to go back and explore further if we had had more time and that is An Rinn. It is a Gaelic speaking village where we found a quiet little cove, with a cave, rocks to explore, rock pools and beautifully clear water to swim in. Perfect for families as the five was small and quiet, we thought we had it to ourselves until a swimmer emerged from the water much to the children's shock and amusement, I definitely recommend you find this place. Bride valley is a fantastic house, easily located to drive to many other attractions or lots of places just to walk and explore nearby. I definitely want to return.
