Nice house in a good location for Cromer and other places in the area. First impressions from the outside were good but inside it was a little tatty in places and not as clean as other houses we have stayed in. Theres no shower in the main bathroom and the shower in one of the bedrooms leaked onto the floor making the carpet mouldy . I know we have stayed at the end of the main season and a lot of other people have stayed there so its not going to be pristine but the cooker was greasy and a lot of cobwebs around the house . Also no welcome pack when we arrived. Hopefully it will be tidied up over winter for next year

The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed, just a couple of things to improve on to make it even better. Although the cottage was decorated really nice we found quite a few issues with cleaning when we arrived. The kitchenware ie glasses and plates were dirty in the cupboard, the floors downstairs had not been cleaned and bits of food and dirt were left. Two other things to improve are the tv signal was poor and could not watch most channels and the front door lock is funny and hard to open from inside and could be a fire hazard. But apart from that lovely place and would book again

Great accommodation, kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. Had everything you could possibly need, was comfortable, spacious and even had a board game, cards and puzzle! Linen, towels and spares if needed in the ensuite room. It was easy to walk or get a bus in to town or there was a chippy and newsagents just down the next road. Some lovely restaurants in town and the seafront has a little fairground as well as the amusements. A special thank you to Teresa (one of the caretakers) for not only making the place immaculate for our arrival but also sending my shirts back to Essex that I left in the wardrobe!! That is above and beyond - much appreciated.

Good sized, well equipped cottage close to the town centre. For our party it was a good centre for visiting the region. Only a few things that could be improved, perhaps a shower in the main bathroom, there is no wifi and some extra garden chairs perhaps. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. Excellent cooking range and kitchen equipment.
