The undulating grounds offer much to see and explore including a limestone quarry, a running stream, ponds, woodland and unspoilt natural countryside which also includes a forest of White Willow trees from which the wood is produced for cricket bats used by world famous batsmen and cricketers across the globe. There are also plenty of opportunities to quietly watch the wildlife and horses that live on the farm and also, with an extra cost and prior agreement with the owner, the opportunity to take part in riding lessons, stabling, schooling and training provided by the owner who is a world renowned horse trainer. The popular Cotswold market town of Chipping Norton is only a short drive away, as is the famous organic shop and café which sells local produce. The owner will also be happy to arrange for a local catering company to visit the property if the dates are convenient.
