Immaculately presented split level bungalow situated in the heart of Betws y Coed

The Dene is an immaculate newly renovated split-level bungalow situated in the heart of Betws y Coed.  It is discretely positioned in a slightly elevated setting along a private cul-de-sac. Beautifully manicured gardens and seventeen shallow steps lead you to an inviting patio area fully furnished with table, chairs, sun umbrella and a barbecue. Al fresco dining awaits you with unrivalled views of the densely forested hills which surround Betws y Coed.  Opposite the patio is the entrance to this tastefully furnished property. As you enter the hallway the utility room / cloakroom is on your left. With washing machine, tumble dryer, WC and wash basin as well as a useful built in clothes horse. On the right is the double aspect kitchen which is light, airy and modern. Here we have a dining table and chairs, cooker, microwave-combi oven, 4 slice toaster and all the utensils you would expect.
The hallway opens up into a comfortable seating area where five shallow stairs on the left lead up to the bedrooms and bathroom. To your right is the lounge and dining room. There are three picture windows in this room to enjoy the beautiful views from. The dining area forms one end of this spacious room and the attractive and comfortable sitting area is at the other. There is a super television with surround sound and blue ray for you to enjoy.

Betws y Coed has been declared as the official gateway village to Snowdonia and with just cause. On the doorstep are walks and hikes galore, up into the forests, deep into the mountains or an amble along the scenic walkway of the river which runs through the village and beyond. At the far end of Betws y Coed are the famous Swallow Falls. There’s an enchanting miniature railway and museum and many outdoor shops and quality craft shops to choose from right in the centre as well as an array of scrumptious tea rooms, cafes and restaurants. Only a mile away is the High Ropes Treetops Adventure Course for daredevils or if you prefer something more sedate you have the beauty and tranquillity of Bodnant Gardens about a 15 minute drive away. The village of Llanrwst is only a mile along the road, home to the renowned Tu Hwnt I’r Bont Tearoom, just over the bridge. Visit Surf Snowdonia in the Conwy Valley, the UK’s first artificial surfing lake. These are only a few of the numerous attractions that are waiting to delight you in this exceptionally pretty part of North Wales.

Fantastic property close to village facilities (walk) with lovely views out of windows. Large rooms and lots of space and privacy. Modern, clean and warm. Great location for walking and sightseeing. Some lovely restaurants nearby. Window blinds a little difficult. Apart from that this is a "must go" holiday cottage
