Situated in rolling countryside on the borders of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire, Saintbury Grounds Farm is the perfect location to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Vale of Evesham. Located within 30 acres of farmland near the historic villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden, guests are tucked away from any hustle and bustle whilst the nearest shop, pub and restaurant are all within 2 miles. The three properties are set in newly converted outbuildings close to the owners’ 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse and combine a character exterior with comfortable, contemporary interiors.

The Dairy (ref 30066) is perfect for either a romantic break or a chic country retreat for two friends. Housed in the old milking parlour across the courtyard from the main house, with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings, it is a light and airy space, offering guests an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen as well as bedroom area and well-appointed bathroom.

At the rear of the property, guests will find the Byre (ref 30067). Warm and welcoming, the large studio for two has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, living/dining area and a king size bed, whilst its sunny private patio has views across the garden and open fields beyond. The Byre is the perfect base for keen walkers or those just wanting to enjoy a peaceful country break.

The Hayloft (ref 30068) on the first floor, accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. Calm and relaxing, there are two good-sized bedrooms and a spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for coming together to eat and relax. The balcony brings the outside in and has wonderful views across the neighbouring fields.

All three properties (refs 30066, 30067 and 30068) can be booked together in any combination to accommodate up to 8 guests. The Dairy (ref 30066) can accommodate up to 4 guests for dining and relaxing, whilst The Hayloft (ref 30068) can accommodate up to 8 guests for dining and relaxing if required.

Located at the northern tip of the Cotswolds and just a few miles from the start of the Cotswold Way, guests will find a plethora of footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths stretching straight from the properties, leading through magnificent scenery to some of the prettiest villages the area has to offer. The owners keep a small herd of rare breed sheep and the grounds are a haven for birds and wildlife. Saintbury Grounds Farm is 30 minutes’ drive from Cheltenham Racecourse, an ideal base for racing enthusiasts. Whether travelling as a couple, family or group of friends, it really is the ideal location for every type of holiday and guest. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

    We had the most lovely, relaxing week in the Dairy. The facilities were superb and everything was very clean. So quiet and peaceful. The perfect retreat for a first family holiday and all of the villages of the Cotswolds within easy reach. Thank you for a great week.

    Absolutely perfect accommodation, would definitely return. Two nights breaks would be better value- paid for three as only 3 available, but had to leave after 2 nights

    Fantastic stay in the luxury of The Dairy. Set just on the edge of The Cotswolds it is the perfect base for exploring the local villages and Stratford and makes a great hideaway on those rainy days! Lovely hosts who are always on hand to help if needed. Will be recommending to anyone travelling to the area.
