Great place to warm up after blowy beach walks in February. Perfect for a family of 4. Could do with a couple of empty shelves for food in the kitchen but otherwise just what we wanted.

We had a lovely weekend at The Dairy, and enjoyed some crisp February sunshine which made walking into Cromer (15-20mins) pleasant. The cottage itself was well presented, although the bathrooms were starting to look a bit tired and we struggled to get a consistent warm temperature in the upstairs shower - it was either freezing cold or scalding hot. The kitchen was well appointed but would benefit from some more baking trays.

The Dairy was lovely - well decorated and furnished, clean, tidy and complete with all you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. You also have a dedicated parking space. The owners obviously take great care to ensure you have a very comfortable time.

The Dairy is a lovely cottage; no question. Cosy and well equipped. Alas, its position smack bang next to a very busy road caused us major problems getting sleep and this had a negative impact on our holiday. On our first weekend the traffic noise lasted well into the early hours and at rush hours it was constant. If you're happy with this sort of noise you will enjoy The Dairy; if not.... well, like us you'd be glad to be heading home for some decent sleep! Having said all that, most of the previous guests said the noise didn't bother them: we are in the minority!!!!!

Location of cottage excellent for visiting places of interest. Cromer is very convenient and lots of good places to eat. Very relaxing holiday in nice setting.

Lovely cottage, well looked after. We stayed there in 2012 and it looked just the same in 2017. Although it is on the main road the cottage is well screened by the wall at the back. It does take 20 / 25 minutes to walk into Cromer town centre but the No, 5 and 44X do stop nearby. We walked into town and got the bus back as it is uphill! Would definitely stay here again.

nice place would be great if in cromer its self , for us older ones its a bit of a pull back up hill if you walk down into town, upstairs shower cubicle could do with an overhaul little bit short on cooking trays in kitchen we have been twice now and will certainly be going again

We were very comfortable. The cottage was attractive and well equipped. It is on a busy road but I can't say the traffic affected us. We were without a car but the walk into town was pleasant and manageable (We're all in out sixties) and the buses to Cromer, Sheringham and Norwich stop just yards from the cottage. Just a word of caution, don't leave the downstairs bathroom open when the showers on - it sets the smoke alarm off! Also, one negative, the oven badly needed cleaning. We were unable to use it because of the smoke. But overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
