We were warmly welcomed by Jenny & David on arrival. In the cottage there was a home baked delicious Victoria Sponge cake, milk in the fridge, tea, coffee eggs & soft drinks in a welcome hamper. The cottage was spotless clean, tastefully furnished and decorated & extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend & if visiting Cornwall again would stay again

We didn't want to leave! From the moment we arrived, the welcome from Jennie and David and the standard of accommodation were outstanding. The Cowshed was clean, great quality, warm and well equipped/maintained plus the owners were on hand and made the effort to sort any queries/minor problems quickly. We definitely want to go back. Thank you Jennie, David and the family.

Could not fault this place. We informed the owners we weren't going to arrive till late the Friday evening, were welcomed with a homemade Victoria sponge and the log fire going, was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Location is fantastic, very central to visit a variety of places. The cottage was very child friendly, we had a 2 year old and the stair gate was set up, lots of toys and books for all ages and child friendly cutlery and plates etc, makes such a difference. We absolutely loved staying here, it was so homely and clean and we were made to feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend and hopefully get to return.

The moment you are greeted by Jennie and David you know that your accommodation will be fine. The extras, flowers, cake and welcome basket, serve to enhance a very clean, comfortable and well equipped property. After a day walking the SW Coast Path you need a relaxing, quiet and conveniently placed location where you can put your feet up. The Cow Shed does exactly this and if there is anything Jennie and David can do to help they will endeavour to do it.

The Cow Shed is a beautiful well equipped cottage. It has everything required for SC accommodation. The bedrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of games supplied, indoor and out, for the children. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The welcome pack and home made cake was a lovely unexpected touch.

What a lovely cottage! It was a great base to explore North Cornwall. It was absolutely spotless throughout and very well equipped. The owners David and Jennie were very helpful and we were welcomed with a lovely homemade cake, fresh eggs and a hamper with tea, coffee, biscuits and soft drinks. The only thing I would say is it is a fairly remote location, so you would need a car. Can't wait to return to beautiful Cornwall!
