Brilliant house for a family get together. Plenty of bathrooms. Great location with some lovely walks into the forest or onto the beach

Overall great size accommodation, great for families as there is plenty of space. However, the place requires updating, kitchen equipment as the cooker oven not working. Also the sofas are tired and worn, a couple of the mattresses require changing as uncomfortable comfortable, and if your offering the use of the hot tub, then it needs to be fully working, the weekend we visited 1 jet working.

The house itself and location are stunning however the rest left a lot to be desired. We had to wash every piece of crockery and cutlery on arrival as many pieces were dirty, the +2 sofa bed was filthy, the mattress stained and smelled of dogs. The hot tub needs maintenance - we could only get one jet to work. The 3rd bedroom is very small for a double with no drawers, mirror, chair, bin etc etc. Small things like more mugs, bath sheets instead of bath towels and hand towels upstairs and in the kitchen would improve the experience no end. Overall the house needs lots of tlc, and money, spending on it. It also needs to be cleaned thoroughly between lets esp if dogs have stayed there.

Had a great time. There were 10 of us including 4 children. Everyone who used the power shower in the main bedroom were amazed. Wonderful. Various reviews we read were right about the dirty barbecue! It did not affect us because we took our own Barrie. The locals were very friendly on the whole. Amazing beaches an local towns. It did help that the weather was wonderful with hardly a cloud in the sky. The Red Warf bay at the bottom of the lane was great. We were warned it could be muddy, but we founded it great We would go again.

We had a great time as a family of 10. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was a bit further out than what we would've preferred but everything was a short drive. We would stay again. Lovely house.
