This converted 17th century semi-detached holiday cottage is full of character with a four poster bed, cosy dining room/kitchen and a sauna. Situated on the slopes of the Nantlle Valley, there are views of Caernarfon Bay and the Isle of Anglesey beyond. There is climbing, hill walking, mountain biking, horse riding and wonderful scenery close by. Discover superb beaches, golf courses, a variety of tourist railways, slate caverns, museums and a dry ski slope. Visit castles, Victorian Llandudno, pretty Betws-y-Coed and return to the cottage and enjoy the luxury of a sauna, or enjoy the owner’s model railway and private museum. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

Ground floor: Dining room/kitchen. Wet room with toilet. Sauna. First floor: Living room (on small landing area). 2 double bedrooms (one four poster, one cabin bed). Most rooms with wooden floors and beams. Maximum sleeps 3.

Gas central heating and electricity included (£15per week October-April). Bed linen included. Stereo. Electric oven. Microwave. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Portable barbecue. Parking (3 cars). Sauna. No smoking.

    Stunning location - if you like being in the middle of nowhere - we did :) need to travel 15 mins to nearest shops etc. Basic facilities which was ok, a bit dated - really needs to be updated - yes it has character but some stuff is really 1980's. Could have been cleaner, very uncomfortable bed.
