Had a great few days at the cottage. It was conveniently located in a lovely village for many National Trust properties. The owners were very welcoming and we had tea and cake on arrival!

Fabulous location with lots of outdoor space and privacy. Not great if you have young children as bedrooms on separate floors. We had a great time staying here. Thumbs up!

We stayed for a weekend, the cottage was very comfortable and the garden was delightful. The owner was most helpful and accommodating. We would recommend the cottage most highly.

A great location, and a lovely cottage. The owners were very friendly and the use of the garden was a bonus. The cottage was at times a little dirty, there was for example, grease on the kitchen work surfaces and splash backs, and the sofa was very uncomfortable; however the fire/free wood and cosy atmosphere more than made up for that. I would wholeheartedly recommend the cottage to anyone wanting to explore this stunning part of the country, and commend the owners on their warm and welcoming attitude.
