The Coach House was Excellent for us as it was in the area where we used to park our Touring Caravan when down to visit family. It was central to the web that they formed. Our Welcome Pack was first class, something we were not expecting having got ourselves organised for first evening. But much appreciated.

An enjoyable stay at a well-appointed and equipped, nicely restored coach house. It was nice having the living accommodation upstairs to take in the views, with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom being nicely laid-out and ideal for a couple. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything needed for a week's stay, and the welcome pack was wonderful, with home-made cheesy bread, coffee, chocolate and biscuits, and also butter milk and wine in the fridge. The location was very peaceful with lovely views, although the single width road was a bit hairy at times, with few passing spaces. It was, however, near enough to a main road to access all areas of South Devon. The village of South Brent just a few minutes away was perfect for provisions, pubs and take-aways.

booked at short notice, and were so glad we did. fab welcome pack including still warm home cooked bread, tea coffee milk farm eggs buttter all supplied . Old barn conversion with a modern smart interior, we liked the lounge and kitchen on the second floor with bedroom and walk in shower room downstairs. The Best cottage we have ever stayed in .

Emma and Paul were very welcoming and the cottage was beautiful and in an excellent location for exploring south Devon being no more than 40 minutes from the cost in any direction. The cottage had everything we wanted, except and iron, and we were left a very handy welcoming pack with various items of local produce. We would definitely recommend both the cottage and the area

This is the third time we've stayed at The Coach House, and we've booked for a further holiday! We love staying her, everything is clean, tidy and well considered. The welcome pack is fantastic, with gorgeous home made bread and free range eggs (amongst other delights). Our dog is well catered for and was really excited to be returning!

Response on behalf of the owner:- Look forward to seeing you again and thank you for leaving it so tidy.

We enjoyed our stay at the coach house. Great welcome pack and friendly owners who made sure we were ok, but left us to enjoy ourselves. Would have liked a dish washer, and there was a shortage of hooks to hang coats on, and no towel rails in the bathroom. Some of the information about things to do was out of date. This did not spoil our holiday.

Beautiful location but would have loved to have a wood burner fire but otherwise a stunning place to stay. The owners provide fresh eggs and freshly baked bread on arrival.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner:- Thank you for your kind review. Sadly no space for a wood burner
