We and our two dogs loved it, despite some stormy weather. Made cottage all the more cosy, very warm and the Bridge restaurant was perfect.

The Coach House met all our expectations. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would definitely return if holidaying in the area again.

Fantastic woodland location near to canal and pub. The cottage was warm and comfortable with plenty of hot water, good towels and comfy beds. Easy access to Edinburgh and the area, including the amazing 7 Stanes mountain bike centres. We've booked to go back next year.

This was our third visit to this lovely cottage! We love it here, it's close to family nearby and is great for visiting lots of fantastic attractions in the area. Our only issue was that the bigger settee in the living room could do with replacing due to the fact that the seat cushions are now almost flat so not very comfortable but apart from that we love everything about the cottage and have already booked again for next year!

Very comfortable and well appointed cottage, my only negative comment would be that the central heating was very noisy, particularly at night.

This was a very pleasant surprise. Absolutely superb cottage in the grounds of Ratho Hall. With acres of land to explore yet only 30mins from Edinburgh. Owners were excellent. Cannot fault our stay. Definitely booking again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again. Cottage was in a lovely location only a short walk to the nice local pub and a 20 minute drive into central Edinburgh. House was well equiped with everything we needed and whilst the broadband didn't seem to work the 3g coverage was good so it was no problem for us. Beds were comfy and the house warm once we figured out the heating.
