A lovely, cosy cottage in a beautiful village close to the Forest of Dean and the gorgeous Wye Valley. Plenty of walks from the door and many more just a few minutes drive away. Highly recommended, especially for a family with a dog.

The Coach House is in a lovely, peaceful location on the edge of a pretty village with a pub (ok but nothing special), a friendly deli serving excellent coffee, a medieval castle and a small art gallery. It has lovely views of the surrounding countryside and is ideally placed for exploring this beautiful area. There are lovely walks and numerous interesting places to visit. The cottage itself, though small, is very well done out and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The decor is pretty and it's well furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The only criticism was a strong smell of damp in the bedrooms which was rather off putting.
