Myself and my husband stayed at The Coach House for 2 weeks with visits from our son, his girlfriend and their 13 month old son then our daughter stayed for 2 days and we all absolutely loved it. There are the most beautiful views from the top garden and summer house and the cottage is very well equipped and in the most wonderful location with so many things to see and do, right on your doorstep. We went to aysgarth water falls, Blackpool, Hebden bridge, Skipton, Burnley and Clitheroe. There is wycoller national park a few miles away, plenty of superstores for your shopping and Boundary Mill. Colne is a lovely town and we will be returning to the area in December just to do our Christmas shopping. We ate out most days and found some lovely pubs and inns which all served delicious home cooked food. The Coach House is inside locked iron gates, so we felt very safe and we found the beds so comfy and loved the rain shower in the main bathroom. Another nice touch is the choice of lighting you can have in the open plan kitchen/ diner , living room and we were so lucky with the weather, it only rained twice in 2 weeks, so we were able to make use of the sun loungers on the decking and the bbq. It didn't matter to us there not being a hot tub anymore as whave one at home, so did not find that a problem.

A wonderful house, decorated to a very high standard, all the mod cons included. Shame that the hot tub has been removed as that would really have made it FABULOUS. Lovely gardens and outdoor space. If we were being picky then we would say that the front bedroom gets very stuffy at night and opening the window meat that there were flies roaming during the night (ouch) a fan in each of the bedrooms would have solved that issue. Other than that a fantastic house, if you are looking for luxury then this is certainly it. Close enough to amenities but far enough to have some privacy.
