Very isolated but in a good way. Not far from the coast just 20 minutes by car. Some damp issues in the coattage but it is an old house but over all a nice place to stay.

Lovely, spacious and characterful cottage with particularly large, light and airy sitting room. Conveniently located for lots of family attractions. Kind and helpful owner. The only downside for us was that there is no wi-fi which made it difficult to plan days out (parking, admission fees, pubs, reviews etc) and keep home life ticking over in the evenings. To anyone who is not bothered about wi-fi we recommend this cottage without reservation.
