Really lovely base for a family holiday: a friendly welcome, lots of information about the local area provided and very clean, comfortable and really nicely decorated cottage. Lots of interesting and beautiful places to visit within half an hour's drive.

Absolutely first-class accommodation - difficult to find fault, but a couple more towels would have been nice. Owner helpful and friendly. A great place for a holiday and to visit the many attractions of North Essex and South Suffolk.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful setting. The house itself was stunning and exceptionally well maintained. The owners were lovely and very accommodating; they even put up a baby gate for our arrival.

Very nice property with modern luxurious feel. Owners very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed breakfasting in the garden and the walk to the lake. Only minor criticism is the kitchen lacked a dishwasher. Would have preferred that to the washing machine. But otherwise had all mod cons.
