Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The cabin was well equipped, and a real home from home..... but with a much nicer outlook than we are used to! We were offered a nice welcome, and the handy info. folder helped us no end with basics like how best to get the log burner going as well as ideas of places to visit. As a quiet get away for 2, this really was perfect for us.

We normally book 4 or 5 star cottages, this is our first time of having a 3 star cottage and we were pleasantly surprised, we had everything we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is really nice. The sofa and armchair were the most comfortable of all the places we have stayed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good. It has a log burner that warms the living area very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again with a longer stay next time.

A great location and a lovely venue. Tracey and her family are a delightful and made us most welcome. The Cabin is lovely, warm - log burner is brilliant and easy to use - everything that one could need. Situated on a farm which is mainly devoted horses and livery. Very quite and fabulous views. Loads to do locally - Wells is a lovely city; Weston Super Mare is not far; caves at Cheddar (very commercialised, but a drive up the gorge is spectacular) and Wookey Hole and Bristol is not far. The highlight for us was the Radstock Museum, small and very well presented main focus was Victorian life on the Somerset Coalfield.

Tracey made us very welcome. The Cabin was just what we needed for a few days exploring the Mendips. We especially appreciated the wood burner, making the Cabin very cosy on damp evenings.

Enjoyed seeing the fabulous views of the countryside and watching the horses through the cabin windows, listening to the sounds of the countryside was very pleasant. The owners were very friendly and helpful. A relaxing stay, dog friendly only minus was the cleanliness of some of the kitchen cleaning equipment. Overall a fabulous stay.

We spent a lovely week at The Cabin. It had all we needed and was very clean and cosy, an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding area. Lovely views over the countryside and good local places to eat! The owners were very helpful with local information and directions. The weather was glorious but had it been cold there was a good supply of logs for the burner. We could just have done with more comfortable outside seating as we forgot to take our own garden chairs.
