The Buttery is part of a recently converted barn complex in central Herefordshire, well placed for most attractions. It is well furnished and well equipped, although we recommend you bring ear plugs as the walls between rooms are not remotely soundproof. The views are lovely, although the sheep in the next field can be noisy, and their presence means that the dog needs to be on a lead for walks. If you have children, Eastnor castle is just the ticket.

Cottage was great for 3 couples sharing for long weekend. We left some feedback on a few minor things that would improve comfort such a few extra hooks and shelves.

The buttery was a perfect place to get away for a week. Lovely walks close by and accommodation was super, a real home from home.

A lovely property in a beautiful location. The only issues were that the partition between 2 of the bedrooms was just a thin plasterboard, and every tiny sound could be heard from the next room, which resulted in a poor night's sleep for both parties. In addition, these partitions were irregularly shaped to fit between the beams, and you could actually see light from the next bedroom where there was a slight gap around the edges. If not for those issues, we would happily have stayed there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely cottage, comfortable, clean, spacious enough for all our family. And we were able to take our dog and stay in something that had a little bit more luxury. Would recommend to anyone who would want peace and quite with some home comforts. Do need a car to get around, but there are some lovely things to see. Have to travel to go out for something to eat.

This is a beautiful barn in a lovely setting. It is perfect for dog owners. The barn is well laid out with quality fixtures & fittings. Beds are comfy & kitchen perfect. Miranda was very helpful but also ensured our privacy. Thank you.

Lovely cottage everything you need for a great holiday. Enclosed garden was excellent for our dogs. Miranda and her family just left us to it which was great but they were there when we needed them straight away thank you for that. The surrounding area is beautiful close to lots of nice places to visit. Plenty of dog friendly pubs. Would love to stay again!
