Very cosy, everything included that you need. Lovely welcome from the hosts and the chickens. Amazing views of the night sky due to no light pollution- kinda spooky when you live in the town. Would recommend

We had a fantastic holiday in The Bullpen. The cottage had everything we needed and the extra baby items provided were fantastic. The owners were lovely and made us all feel very welcome. The local area was lovely with a fishing lake less than 5 minutes away and the post office shop in St Weonards was extremely well stocked with everything we had forgot to pick up from the supermarket.

Enjoyable, relaxing, peaceful. It was fun having the hens coming for some lettuce leaves as well as being able to feed the pet sheep. We were also treated to a visit by a pair of green woodpeckers which were a few yards from the window. Something we don't see in a town. The cottage was attractive, clean and comfortable, thoughtfully equipped to the last detail. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There was also a good view over the countryside from one end of the cottage. Definitely a place to recommend.

The Bullpen is set in a lovely area surrounded by fields with a picturesque landscape. It is comfortable and has everything in it you would need for a relaxing holiday. There are plenty of places to visit within a short drive. It was lovely waking up to the sound of the pet sheep. The Bullpen is small but ideal for 2 people and we would highly recommend it.
