Staying at the Bothy was great, ideal location to use as a base. The garden was enclosed so we had no problem letting the dogs in the garden. The area was a area that we had not been to before quite but central to all the places that we visited.

top location, paths you can walk the dog straight out of the cottage, many nice little towns with riverside walks not too far away which was ideal for walking the dog, lovely to look out the window and see the horses and donkey in the field, and mr hughes two friendly little dogs next door, cottage warm and cozy set with many little welcoming gifts when we arrived, garden all fenced in which was great for us with our recently required stray rescued dog beth, we could relax with no chance of her running off.the only small fault was the tv was positioned too high which made my neck ache, and the remote was not working properly to change channels, but it was as dog owners the best place out of many we have ever stayed in, thank you.

Good accommodation and location for a couple. Pub nearby within walking distance serving good quality food at reasonable prices.

Personally we would not stay there again because one of our dogs hated it, she hates horses and having them so close was her worst nightmare! The property was OK though apart from being a bit "tired", needs a bit of work to bring it back to standard i.e. new fencing, grab rail in the shower very rusty. Nice decoration in the cottage and a good area.
