We had a fantastic time at the Beach House. There was something for everyone - from fairy houses & scarecrows in the large private garden, to stunning sunsets looking out onto Arran. The house was fully equipped and very comfortable, like a home from home.

One of the best cottages we have visited, superbly equipped with a much appreciated welcome pack. One of our party uses a walking frame and found the cottage easy to negotiate. Lovely garden with all kinds of visitors from the bird world. Really enjoyed the the walks along the beach and watching the gannets diving quite close to the shore. Maidens itself is a little haven on the Ayrshire coast with two excellent restaurants and stunning views. We will return very soon.

The Beach House was exceptional, the location and sea views could not be matched. Facilities within the house were second to none, there was nothing that hadn't been thought of. To wake up open the curtains to see the beautiful sea views and in the evening watch the sunset made the holiday even better. It's somewhere that you could always go back to and know that it would be marvellous, we stayed for 3 weeks and were extremely lucky with the weather. We enjoyed many days riding on the beach and many walks on the beach with the dog. We have stayed at other properties on this coast and the Beach House topped them all. A truly stunning property and credit to the owners.

Another fantastic holiday at The Beach House and already booked to go again. Facililties are excellent and the children love the garden and the table tennis in the garage! The view is superb, particularly the sunset over Arran.
