A stunning house, a real home away from home - photo's don't do it justice. Stayed a couple of times and look forward to returning. Kids loved the garden and the views are exceptional. A lovely warm welcome from the owner as well

This is our second visit to the Beach House and we will be returning next year. We love Maidens and the Beach House seaside location. It is simply a home from home with everything you could possibly require. The owners personal touch with welcome card, baking and dog treats were just lovely. Our labrador had an absolute ball. My mother who has dementia found the layout easy to negotiate.

We had a fantastic time at the Beach House. There was something for everyone - from fairy houses & scarecrows in the large private garden, to stunning sunsets looking out onto Arran. The house was fully equipped and very comfortable, like a home from home.

One of the best cottages we have visited, superbly equipped with a much appreciated welcome pack. One of our party uses a walking frame and found the cottage easy to negotiate. Lovely garden with all kinds of visitors from the bird world. Really enjoyed the the walks along the beach and watching the gannets diving quite close to the shore. Maidens itself is a little haven on the Ayrshire coast with two excellent restaurants and stunning views. We will return very soon.
