A perfect retreat for couples looking for a romantic break, The Coach House is set on the stunning, 50-acre Barony Estate.

It is almost impossible to describe the feeling that you get when the electric gates open to fully reveal the Barony Estate, with its beautiful grounds, rolling lawns, lake and copse, but you will immediately know that you have found something very special. The Estate is set within 50 acres and this truly is English country living at its very finest. You will struggle to find anything else quite like it.
The Grange (ref UKC2368), a detached house, dates back to the Edwardian period and has been lovingly restored by the owners, who have ensured that the antique furnishings and sumptuous décor is in keeping with this grand house. One of the second floor bedrooms even has a telescope, so you can explore the starry skies in the evening. This theme has been continued through to The Coach House (ref UKC2366) and The Coachman’s (ref UKC2367), both semi-detached properties, which were also renovated and designed by the current owners, one of whom is a very successful interior designer. While you will find bags of period charm, you will also find all the everyday facilities needed for a relaxing and indulgent stay, including a beautifully appointed bathroom for every bedroom.
It is likely that you will find it difficult to tear yourself away, but should you manage to do so, you will find a wealth of places to visit in the local area including the Blickling Estate, which is very close by, The Sandringham Estate and Holkham Hall. Along with a huge range of other treats and activities, the owners can even arrange private tours to these beautiful National Trust sites and stately homes.
Beach lovers will find a coastline littered with pretty coastal towns and villages, offering a mix of wide sandy and shingle beaches, picturesque quays and marshes, along with great places to shop, eat or to simply potter and relax in. Return to the Barony Estate after a full day’s sightseeing, that is a true luxury all in itself. Beach 9 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
The Coach House (ref UKC2366), The Coachman’s (ref UKC2367) and The Grange (ref UKC2368) can be booked together to accommodate up to 20 guests.

Living room/kitchen: With electric wood burner, 40" Freesat TV, DVD player, breakfast area, electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and tiled floor.
Dining room.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with slipper bath, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and en-suite wet room with shower and toilet.

Electric central heating included. Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. Please note: There is lake in the grounds, 200 yards away. This property has a security deposit of £200.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair. Welcome pack. 40-acre grounds (shared with owner and other properties on-site). No smoking.
