Welcoming cottage and hosts. A beautiful country flower arrangement on entry. Quiet location and cottage warm and cosy. Perhaps emphasis should be given to the fact that it is a mezzanine bedroom which does come with some drawbacks. Very pet-friendly for dog-owners. The welcome pack is a basic 'starter pack' in that there is only provision for one light snack meal.

Beautiful cottage. Amazing views. Peaceful location. Fantastically equipped. Far more than we expected. Small amount of bread, milk, butter and eggs available to get us started. I personally found the bed quite uncomfortable but my husband slept fine in it. Brilliant location for walking but having a small baby we did have to use the car to get around as there are no pathways or safe areas to walk with a pushchair. Chris and Jet were amazing hosts and overall we had a really lovely time. And thank you so much to Chris for returning our lost toy.

We had a lovely stay and the owners made us feel very welcome. My only grumble would be for a slightly more secure garden. Our dog could get out under the gates and as it was shared with the owners, I didn't feel comfortable chasing our dog across the garden. Saying that, once she found her way about, she usually stayed close to our cottage.
