Comfort would be a 10, if we were able to control our own heating, we had a word with the owner and he did turn thermostat (not in let but in their part of the house) up, he was very helpful. Clean, bright, fresh and comfortable accommodation, wonderful part of the country, stunning views all around, very quiet. Look out for deer outside the bedroom window at night, it was a magical moment. Great location for activities, walks, National Trust properties, we also went to Dungeness and Dover Castle. Also a great choice of excellent local pubs serving fantastic food, we didn't need to cook all week, after all we were on holiday. Would happily stay here again. We are more than happy to recommend.

we went away for a weeks break here in the Annexe which was a delight. The whole property is stunning to look at and very well secluded on a private road so its nice and quiet. we entered the Annexe and was honestly surprised at how spacious and how cosy the place was throughout. The gardens are beautiful and general grounds exactly the same. would 100% recommend this place as a week away or retreat as its suh a great place to relax and forget the world. Many thanks

The Annexe was very comfortable accommodation and ideally located for the many places in Kent and East Sussex we wanted to visit. The owners were very welcoming and they ensured we had a relaxed and peaceful stay.
