    Place smells very damp , DVD player does not work , the back bedroom needs work to ventilate the room , the bathroom also needs improved ventalisation

    Response on behalf of the owner: Thank you for your comments. The Television and DVD player have now been renewed. We will be replacing the bathroom suite including the Xpelair in the New Year, and redecorating the property throughout. There is a tumble dryer/washer in the kitchen tank cupboard for airing damp towels or clothes.

    Well situated, difficult to get fresh air into the apartment if wet, due to the patio doors in the bedroom.
