A wonderful property, with an amazing view and access to some remote corners of Skye. Enhanced by a great little hostelry down the road in walking distance.

Faye and a rainbow welcomed us into the house. We enjoyed stunning views from the house, the shimmering rays of the sun over the Sound of Sleat and the moonrise, rainbow and mist over the Hills of Knoydart. It was as if someone had painted many exquisite pictures. Truly magical! The house is tastefully decorated, spacious and extremely well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

My husband and & I along with his mum spent a week here middle of May. It was a superb cottage (one of the best we have stayed in) with everything that you could want whilst away from home. Fabulous views from the sun room, lots of room to spread out and very comfortable. Bedrooms were well fitted (little things like hooks on back of bedroom and en suite door, extending shaving mirrors), plenty of coat hooks in hall and porch, all signs that the owners have actually spent time here themselves. Lots of cottages you rent are obviously kitted out for just that, with little or useful finishing touches missing. Comfy beds with plenty of hanging space. Very clean and lovely and warm. A well equipped kitchen too with a handy utility room adjoining which stayed very warm due to the location of the boiler and was a useful room to dry things overnight. The weather while we were staying had a hiccup and was quite cool and rainy for half the week. Would definitely return.

Beautiful location. Cottage comfortable and in great setting. The views from the Sun room were stunning. Weather was not so good but able to get out and about. Would highly recommend. We would definitely book again.
