This delightful 18th century stone family cottage has been fully restored, tastefully decorated and equipped to a good standard to offer a spacious and welcoming holiday home. It is on the edge of Taden village, overlooking the Rance Valley within 1.25 miles (2km) of Dinan, a medieval town with the most outstanding architectural heritage in Brittany. The wonderful mansion and garden of painter Yvonne Jean-Haffen and the pavement cafés of Dinan Port are 0.75 mile (1km) and an easy drive away (12.5 miles, 20km) is the Emerald Coast. The attached annexe is occasionally used by the owner’s family. Shop and café/bar 1 mile (1.5km), restaurant 0.75 miles (1km), beach 12.5 miles (20km).

Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet and basin. First floor: Bathroom with 2 basins, shower room with toilet and basin, 5 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin, 2 single.
