The cottage was lovely, decorated very tastefully and to a high standard. There was some damp on the walls espically upstairs however this did not put us off. There was an excellent range of kitchen equipment, but annoyingly no batteries in the torch which made the walk to the pub difficult! The cottage was rather cold & the electric heaters drained the money in the pound meter so lighting the log burner is a must! It would have been nice to have some information as to where the nearest place to buy logs is as we spent ages driving around trying desperately to find somewhere! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would choose this cottage again.
