Really enjoyed a quiet location and gorgeous cottage. Did the trick and it was a late booking too! Definitely return as loads more to see and do in the area.

After being delayed on my journey there the owners gave me a very warm welcome and ensured I was okay. She explained everything I needed to know and gave me some tips and tricks for the local area too! The cottage was immaculate and very cosy. On my final day there was some extremely inclement weather and the owners came to update me on the forecasts and give advice on what to do. I had a very relaxing and lovely holiday here and will be back as soon as I have time off!

Very nice warm comfortable cottage for two in farmland location. Excellent facilities for doing our own meals. Footpaths from the doorstep into Peaks area. We didn't investigate eating out as it was pleasant spending the evenings in, but there were lots of suggestions for places to go, and meal delivery I think.

A charming cottage in superb surroundings and a run by a couple who were both very helpful and friendly (including dog!). We would thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

A wonderful semi detached property in a beautiful setting. Located just outside a small village up a little lane, the property offers fantastic rural views, peace and quiet only interrupted by the ocasional sheep or cow, a 15 minute walk to the nearest pub and still manages to be a two minute drive to the main road links to all of the attractions, towns and villages the area has to offer. The cottage is very well equipped with everything the self caterer would need in a small but perfectly adequate kitchen. It is very well presented and was spotlessly clean. An outside seating area is a delight on a sunny evening. The owners live next door but are very respectful of their guests privacy. They do make some really good recommendations about where to go and where to eat out if you need any guidance.

Picturesque and well appointed. The owners were both charming and welcoming. Immaculate, comfortable, practical and private. A dream gettaway, you won't want to leave. A haven of relaxation, beauty and comfort.
