a little gem hidden out in the country, swallows taking there first flights from there nests beneath the thatch roof of the garage/snooker table area, watch the goats and chill out on either the balcony or the side patio area spent a week there and loved it ,Cynthia,s lemon drizzle cake and home pressed apple drink, marmalade, eggs and milk an ideal start to anyones holiday.we got to visit all along the coast from Brighton its tall British Airways 360i tower with views over east Sussex and beyond to Rye .Its within easy driving distance of all the coast and worth a visit is the Bluebell line with its steamtrains running from Sheffield park to East Grinstead a great day out.The barn has everything you need for a perfect holiday home from home.you have both a shower room and a bathroom.the two bedrooms are a little petite but you sleep there so its all fine.

This was our second stay at this lovely property and it certainly lived up to our happy recollections of the last visit. The owners have made a number of additions to the property, including adding a dining balcony and a patio, so if anything, this stay was even better than the last. The property is scrupulously clean, well-equipped, accessible and very comfortable for someone with limited mobility. The owners, Cynthia and Chris are welcoming, helpful and friendly and the property is within easy reach of many interesting places to visit. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again in the future.

One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in, lovely property in a very peaceful location & perfect hosts. If I was going to be super critical I would say the bedrooms are a little on the small side but with such lovely surroundings & views why would you stay in the bedrooms once awake.
