A fantastic little cottage on the river front. Relaxing sat on the patio area in the afternoon and evening sun with a glass of wine. Close to everything that looe has to offer and not noisy. We would definitely go back again

Well-located cottage with a view over the river to West Looe. Close to station, buses and shops, but in slightly elevated position so reasonably quiet. Quite difficult access up steep and narrow path, slippery when wet, from the main road. Internally warm and cosy, with traditional features retained, but with modern bathroom, including a bath.

Christmas in the cottage was perfect. Totally relaxed and chilled. Local shops and pubs perfect.

This was a wonderfully authentic Cornish cottage, small but compact, with every space within perfectly utilised. The furnishings and comfort were simple but so well chosen. Some lovely touches throughout with, unsurprisingly, a Cornish fishing/seaside theme. The view of the bridge and river is something to behold. From a small patio with verandah at the front of the cottage was this magnificent outlook obtainable, as it was from the upstairs double bedroom and downstairs lounge. Thoroughly recommended for 2 or 3 persons plus dog, though just one negative was the lack of an outside space for the dog to take a 'comfort break'! However, five minutes across the bridge to the Millpool car park and wonderful walks through Kilminorth Woods. Fantastic. The cottage is a 2 minute walk to the local Co-op and 3 minutes to the town pubs. 5 minutes to the iconic beach. So, all in all. A lovely holiday with not one criticism.
