We had a wonderful visit. The Summer House is set in idyllic grounds and gave us an excellent base for exploring the area. The hot tub made it even more fabulous!

Excellent cottage, the owner is very helpful but doesn't overpower, you only see her if you need anything or have a query. Lovely location enjoyed watching the wildlife from the front of the cottage. Lovely little welcome pack on arrival was a very nice thought. Hot tub was great. The only negative was the outside table and chairs could do with being replaced.

Lovely location and hot tub. Little bit remote from St Asaph, couldn't really walk there but great location to visit anywhere across North Wales. The owners were really helpful during our stay with advice on where to go to eat and local activities

Lovely peaceful location, hot tub nice and private too. Ideal base to cover the west of North Wales and equally to head east for Chester and Liverpool. Would happily stay here again and happy to recommend to others.

Peaceful setting, could be in the middle of no where but all facilities in St asaph. The hot tub at night looking at the stars in a clear sky exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We stayed for a week, myself, husband and two boys aged 11 and 15. We enjoyed our stay it was a peaceful and quite place to stay. The owners we fantastic and very helpful in everything we asked or needed. The wifi was intermittent but that was everywhere there really, so no fault of the owners. But they allowed my son to go and sit in the golf house and use their wifi to do school work. The area was lovely lots to see and do, and super market close by to stock up on essentials. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short only by a day as my boy ended up with chicken pox, but local doctors in the area was excellent. The hot tub at the property was a bonus, and was lovelly and quite using it and looking out onto the pond. Beautiful place. Hopefully return in the future. Thank you so much.
