The house is situated close to some great places to eat and drink, it is close to supermarkets. The hose is close to two tube stations which allows great access to the centre of London and the attraction there, The house itself is well kitted out with plenty of room for families, it is warm and comfortable.

Perfect location for us and our 4 children in a suprisingly quiet, village feeling location. We enjoyed some fab days out in London. The owner was lovely. The garden was brilliant, we even saw a woodpecker one morning! The beds were comfy, the bedding and accommodation clean. Only reason we did not give 10 out of 10 is the furnishings are dated and the kitchen cupboards smelt foisty. We would happily stay here again.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for drawing our attention to this problem. The cupboard was dismantled and work has been done to the wall over winter - we hope the problem has now been satisfactorily dealt with.

Great base to explore London without being in the hustle and bustle. We've rented before and do prefer not to be attached to the owners, this is just personnel preference and the owner himself was polite and friendly although I do think if you want to put the heating on for an hour you should be able to do so without it being turned off at the main switch. The house is old and does have a very distinct smell, could do with a little updating. The bathroom was lovely. Within easy walk of bus stop which takes you to Harrow on the hill train station, also a few restaurants and pubs are within a five minute walk.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: In response to comments about the heating, I just want to advise that a new boiler is being fitted this autumn and the plan also includes replacing thermostats and controls.
