Excellent holiday accomodation, very high standard. It was obvious from all the extra details that it had been lived in and was treated as a home not just a holiday cottage. Great location for the Broads, Norwich and the coast.

This is definitely more like a second home than your usual 'holiday let'. All sorts of little things have been thought about to be included, and you will find it clean and tidy as if you're the first to use it. The only thing I would like to see added would be a television in the dining room. There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage and mobile signal can be poor in the area, but if you have BT Wi-Fi, there is a local 'hotspot'.

The bungalow was absolutely lovely. So clean and was equiped with everything you could possibly need. Attention to detail was outstanding. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Great. Although could do with WiFi; poor mobile signal.

Very nice cottage, beautifully kept, spacious, with privacy and easy parking. The cottage is also remarkably well-equipped. Our only reason for not giving an overall 10 is we personally would prefer a larger shower - the separate loo is mildly inconvenient. These are quibbles.

This was a fantastic place to stay! We were holidaying with our 6/7 week old baby and 3yr old and 5 yr old. We did have to boost the night storage heating system on occasion to ensure we could all bathe when we wanted to. However, the property was always warm enough and what it lacked in central heating in certainly made up in other areas. The owner is fabulous and had left some seasonal halloween decorations, welcome drinks and even brought around some of her personal belongings that she thought might help us out with the baby and children. Her attention to detail and safety is amazing! Though there was no wifi she has created a portfolio of attractions in the area as well as useful telephone numbers and other info. The garden is huge and our little ones loved running round in it. This is a property which would suit anyone or group who appreciate a lovely property which is extremely well cared for. It is extremely good value for money and close to Bewilderwood and lots of other attractions, including boat hire venue. We would return if in the area again and recommend without hesitation.
