Friendly welcome. Warm and cosy. Only slight downside was the sofa bed. Not very comfortable. Apart from that fantastic.

Great place to stay. It may be on A road but you wouldn't know you on it. It so quite and relaxing. Hardly any traffic. Plenty space to park. When the sky clear at night great view of the stars. Scenery is great on a clear day. Will be going back again we found a great place to stay as our daughter lives in lanark

We stopped here for 4 nights on the way to Oban and had a great time. It's a great location for exploring the borders. We hadn't realised how lovely the the area is and what a lot there is to do and see. The cottage had everything we needed and was situated just outside of the market town of Biggar.

Me and my partner had a fantastic time. Very welcoming cottage and it felt like home after just a few short hours. Perfectly located for exploring the lowlands, and easy to make trips to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
