Stag Cottage was as expected from the description and it was exactly as we wanted. It was comfortable, warm and had everything that one would require. We had an excellent holiday with our two dogs.

Great location, close to Ft William, but off the beaten track. Superb scenery. Wonderfully helpful and thoughtful ( ticket at reduced prices for Corran Ferry) caretakers. Amazing wildlife. Had a wonderful time.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location, surrounding countryside is breathtaking. Wine, cheese and crackers left for us was a nice touch. There was no phone signal from the cottage however just a few minutes walk from the cottage you could get a good signal, wifi was very poor. I would suggest taking enough food to get you by for a few days as there is only a couple of small shops about a twenty five minute ride away from cottage, twenty minute drive to corran ferry from the cottage cross on the ferry and it's only a short drive to Fort William where there is a Morrisons supermarket you can shop for your food because there are only a couple of restaurants a twenty minute drive away from cottage that we had to book a table for as they get busy. A beautiful cottage but a little to remote for me however we loved the Ardnamurchan Peninsula and will definitely be going back there again.
