This renovated, semi-detached stable adjoins the main farmhouse and is situated at the foot of the Rhinog Mountain Range at the head of the Nantcol Valley. It is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday and the cottage is surrounded by stunning scenery, exceptional bird life and wild goats. The local village, 5 miles offers some great eateries, pubs and village shops. Local beaches are sandy and good for bathing. Shop, pub and restaurant 5 miles.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Most rooms with beams.

Oil central heating by meter reading. Electricity and bed linen included. Cot. High chair. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Enclosed lawned garden and furniture. Portable barbecue. Parking (3 cars). Natural water supply from spring. No smoking. NB: There are 15 steps in the garden.

    Cottage is in stunning location with beautiful views. The cottage could definitely do with some tlc, especially the bathroom ( the shower was held up with string). Owners requested an extra £30 for cleaning unless you were prepared to clean the cottage yourself, this was made difficult by a lack of cleaning equipment. This extra was not mentioned when booking or on arrival but by a notice inside a cupboard door. We had a lovely holiday as in a beautiful area but would not return to this cottage.

    Mould in the bathroom, no 'plunger' to change to shower from bath taps, just the screw thread. Shower head tied in position with string. Kitchen utensils dirty, bedroom door would not close. Only one electric socket in each bedroom, and no shaver point. A notice inside one of the kitchen cupboards saying that cleaning is not included in the cost of the cottage and if we were not prepared to do it ourselves we must book a cleaner at a minimum cost of £30. This was discussed with them and just a hoover round was agreed on - but we found the tone of the notice very upsetting.
