Stable Cottage just keeps getting better and better, it is set in 8 acres of land and is so safe to let the dog out and wander about herself. Local amenities are just round the corner, as is a beach great for walking and a fish market is also sited at the beach so we always end buying in bulk before heading home. The owners Dave and Yvonne so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Just superb so much so we will be back next year for the 5th year in a row.

David, the owner, went out of his way to make us welcome. The cottage was well positioned for walks, beaches or just reading in the garden. The cottage was very spacious and light.

Great place. Owner exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed. Minor negatives were dishwasher which didn't clean well and shower a bit weedy. However, everything else was excellent and would come back if in the area.

David was fantastic, he couldn't do enough for us. The cottage was emaculate, clean, warm and cosy. The grounds were amazing we really enjoyed our coffee at the outside dining area on a morning. We would definitely be going back.

Excellent quiet location with easy access to stunning North Aberdeenshire coast and the Cairngorms to the South. Portsoy and Cullen have places to eat out and local pubs. The Portsoy ice cream is second to none. The owners are very friendly and have great local knowledge. Walking, cycling, sailing, swimming, car driving or just relaxing this location has it all and we can fully recommend a stay at Stable Cottage.
