Stable Cottage is an extremely comfortable, well-equipped and spacious cottage for a couple. Jeff and Jill, our hosts, were very helpful and friendly. The chickens and ducks entertained us with their racy behaviour, and we brought home with us delicious lamb chops grown in the field next door.

It was a fantastic little cottage, peaceful and secluded. Pond and chickens in the garden were a lovely addition. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped, would recommend this stay to anyone :) thanks so much.

Very lovely place and the little welcoming touches were very nice, just wish that the bathroom wasn't so cold.

Cosy little cottage with some great original features. Quiet and relaxed feeling only 10 mins from the nearest town. Friendly people and fresh eggs on demand. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect retreat...we are well travelled and have stayed all over the world, this was the perfect country cottage to relax in, explore the area and enjoy quiet peaceful countryside in a reasonable strike from London. We will stay again and recommend to our friends the owners are lovely too.
