Cottage was warm (NSHs) and comfortable, with plenty of cutlery and crockery etc. Well fitted kitchen with all utensils needed. No hairdryer, but there is a tumble dryer. Cottages.com told us access was from 3 p.m. but the caretaker told us it was from 4 p.m. Parking in the street outside depends on availability of spaces; restrictions on time apply, but we never saw a parking warden, so the risk is down to you. Arrangements for disposal of kitchen waste could be improved, perhaps by supplying an additional bin for recycled items (plastic/glass/tins) with clear instructions. Other kitchen waste has to be poked through an 8 inch orifice in the bin by the sea wall across the street, so filling the kitchen bin fully is not wise!

Lovely cottage with fantastic views over Loch Broom. Very well-equipped kitchen. No outside space. Good pub next door.

This is a beautiful cottage with amazing views over Ullapool Harbour. It is extremely well equipped and homely, and we loved every moment of our stay. We'll never stay anywhere else in Ullapool!

The cottage was very clean, well equipped, well furnished, had more than enough linen and towels and as much room heating and hot water as you wanted. Lovely décor, great views and superbly equipped modern kitchen. The only issue that prevented me from giving it an overall 10 was parking. Street parking for more than 30 minutes is not permitted at any time on all days between 1 June and 30 Sept. Alternatives are : back street parking (4 or 5 minute walk away), large free car park near Tescos (about 8 minutes away and always half full overnight) or risk a fine (one vehicle was parked all week apparently without getting a ticket). Otherwise the cottage was brilliant and we would return. It's next to great pub but there is no noise as it is separated by a small yard.

The cottage was extremely well provided for our stay but we missed out on the good weather as there is no outdoor space to sit in. The reason for replying that we wouldn't stay again was solely due to parking. As the house is on the main street,we were lucky to find a space and the problem is that all the main car parks were full and all street parking lots were filled. This problem was due to get worse as from June 1st parking outside the house is limited to half an hour.
