Great games room. Place just needs a ‘deep’ clean and the smell from the drains needs sorting.

We as a family were looking forward to really good accommodation, from the photos and the reviews that we looked at and read but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with what we found. Considering the cost, cleanliness left a lot to be desired, house is in need of a good refurbishment inside and out.

Fantastic holiday! We are a family of 2 adults & 4 children who range in age from 2 -15 & there was something for everyone. The games room allowed them the freedom to play without disturbing us when we had the rare occasion to relax in the living room. The house is very spacious & well equipped. I would definitely stay again. Amy made us feel like nothing would be too much trouble. On our return we realised we'd left my toddler's comfort blanket there & whilst the monetary value was minimal, it holds a lot of sentiment to us. Amy very kindly located it & sent it on to us at no cost! Definitely a first class service! Thanks again Amy!

I stayed here with my family 12th/19th August 2017 and we had an amazing week Amy was warm and welcoming as she showed us around and told us not to hesitate to contact her if we needed anything which I did when the wifi needed resetting which was no problem she sent her partner within an hour or so to sort it out. We found it extremely clean and very comfortable. There were plenty of leaflets with things to do and see if we wanted to venture out and we found these very helpful, there were also plenty of leaflets for local takeaways in case we didnt want to cook and again we took full advantage of these. Although the cottage is situated on a busy street it didnt matter because its set right back from the road behind the electric gates with trees all around to make sure you're not overlooked while in the spacious garden. The hot tub was cleaned and given fresh water before we arrived, to my daughters delight. The games room/bar was used everyday by all the family so there was never any boredom. Highly recommend this cottage and we will definitely be visiting again.

Springfields was beautiful and our host was so helpful. The kids had a wonderful time plenty for them to play with including a beautiful large garden for hide and seek.

Very lovely house. Quite spacious, comfy beds, and very clean. Hot tub was a delight, games room was good fun, and plenty of kitchen/dining space for meals. Garden was well kept and the location was perfect - near shops, but off the road in a private drive so you couldn't really hear the traffic.

I recently stayed at Springfields with 7 other lovely ladies to celebrate my best friends hen do and can honestly say it was the most amazing weekend! The house is just completely stunning; much bigger and more beautiful than even the pictures show! I honestly can't recommend this house enough; the hot tub, the games room, the dj decks, the sheer size and beauty of it all! Amy was also absolutely lovely and welcoming; she made us feel right at home the minute we walked through the door. Gave us so much information regarding the local area and couldn't do enough to help if we needed it. We're already discussing when to book again! Thank you Amy for making my best friends hen do so truly wonderful and we'll never forget what an amazing time we had at Springfields!

A fantastic cottage tucked away off the main road between Leek and Buxton - we all had a wonderful time relaxing and having plenty of fun. The DJ decks were great and the hot tub was a great extra feature. The cottage is incredibly spacious and there was plenty of room for the little one to run around and for the rest of us to run around with him! The weather was incredibly warm when we went so we made full use of the BBQ area and the outdoor seating. I will definitely stay at Springfields again and highly recommend it for large groups of people.
