Great weeks stay with 5 adults, plenty of space so never felt overcrowded. Cottage clean, comfortable and well equipped, no problem with heating or hot water, showers were fantastic. Teenagers may complain about small TV and slow broadband connection but these are adequate. There is no local shop or pub in walking distance, but plenty a short drive away. Would stay again

We've just returned from Silverstream Cottage after our early half term break. The cottage is ideally situated for people wanting to cycle the Camel Trail or go out for walks and the beaches at Rock and Padstow are only a short drive away. The cottage was well furnished and the central heating kept us snug and warm; the bottle of wine and cornish short bread biscuits were a nice touch. The only down-side is that you have to jump in the car to go out for a meal or the local shops, there is nothing in the hamlet or close by. Would we stay again? Definitely!

We have stayed there twice now and love it. It has been I think the best accommodation in the many places we have stayed in Cornwall. Peaceful, clean, comfortable , well equipped. The holiday leaflets could do with sorting and old stuff throwing away and it would be good to have some DVD's but these are only small nit pickings in a wonderful cottage

Great cottage as we were hosting a wedding reception at the adjacent Crossing Cottage. Previous tenants left the garden like a dogs toilet, luckily we had no time to use it. Only complaint about the cottage was lack of hot water in the showers, both were ever only luke warm!

We loved the cottage, only fault was the boundary fencing, we had to take the dogs everywhere, we would have liked to have left them on the odd occasion . The fence on the left was 6 ft but the right side was open to the private road , all but a few plants ... We needed completely dog friendly

The cottage was like a home from home - beautiful furnishings, spacious accomodation and peaceful setting. Perfect location for dog walking and cycling.

Great location for the Camel Trail and cycling and dog walking in general which was a large part of why we selected it. Superb garden and lots of great restaurants nearby. Levels of comfort weren't what we're used to and some of the furniture left something to be desired. On ly TV in the property was very small and no reception for half of the week until the aerial was changed, broadband was very unreliable and no 'phone signal.

Lovely idyllic cottage on the camel trail. Very good size for 6 people. We lived in the kitchen/dinner as the sun always seemed to be on this room. Only downside was that it took a while to get everywhere we wanted to go. But a small price to pay for a very reasonably priced, comfortable and clean cottage in a beautiful hamlet. Oven gloves and a couple of larger dishes in the kitchen would be helpful.
