Wonderful family cottage. Perfect place to explore Cornwall from.....around 30 mins to many seaside towns, the Eden project etc. On the camel trail, so perfect for biking and walks. Clean and comfortable and perfect for children with a large, safe garden. We will definitely be booking this cottage again....we fell in love with it.

We enjoyed our stay the cottage was a good size with a very large garden. It was nice to have an ensuite to the master bedroom. A well eqipped kitchen with a large oven excellent for a big family. Very handy having a utility room and a toilet downstairs. The only downside was the size of the TV was far too small for the size of the room and the furniture in the lounge was made of wicker and was not very comfy.

Great weeks stay with 5 adults, plenty of space so never felt overcrowded. Cottage clean, comfortable and well equipped, no problem with heating or hot water, showers were fantastic. Teenagers may complain about small TV and slow broadband connection but these are adequate. There is no local shop or pub in walking distance, but plenty a short drive away. Would stay again

We've just returned from Silverstream Cottage after our early half term break. The cottage is ideally situated for people wanting to cycle the Camel Trail or go out for walks and the beaches at Rock and Padstow are only a short drive away. The cottage was well furnished and the central heating kept us snug and warm; the bottle of wine and cornish short bread biscuits were a nice touch. The only down-side is that you have to jump in the car to go out for a meal or the local shops, there is nothing in the hamlet or close by. Would we stay again? Definitely!
