I wish I had this kitchen at home, so spacious. Loved sitting in the light airy living room upstairs, very comfortable and a nice quiet space. Garden a nice size for sitting in as well as for my dog to have a run around, although the sun is not in it all day. There were only 2 downsides, one is not having a proper shower, one could be easily fitted over the bath in the main bathroom and the second is the latch is broken in the twin room and so the window doesn't shut fully. There are so many nice places to eat in Porlock and even more in Porlock Weir (just 2 miles away), you will never need to cook but shame not to use that nice kitchen.

Absolutely gorgeous bungalow. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Loads of space and gorgeous paintings on the wall. Only negative is the ensuite fan didn't work and the window was jammed shut so a damp smell was there. Also the bath desperately needs a shower door to stop the splashing from the powerful shower.

Perfect setting, beautiful area of the country ideal for walking, hunting and visiting the local pubs. Will certainly be visiting again in the near future. My only suggestion for the bungalow is that a proper shower would be useful.
