A well appointed second (top) floor holiday apartment (partly shown, far left of picture), with a large south west facing balcony and a reserved parking space. Set in a premier location only yards from the seafront, overlooking the sea, croquet lawn and cricket field. A short level walk to the shops, indoor pool and all amenities. Family attractions include the Donkey Sanctuary and the Crealy Adventure Theme Park. The cathedral city of Exeter is only 15 miles, and offers a Maritime Museum, theatre, shops and restaurants. Sidmouth offers shops and pubs with a public car park opposite.

Communal stairs to entrance. All on the second floor:
Living/dining room: With Freeview TV and DVD player.
Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over P-shaped bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating and electricity included. Balcony. Private parking for 1 car; reserved space in car park opposite. No smoking. Please note: Family bookings only. No children under 12 years old.

    A really comfortable, well-equipped flat with outstanding views which we have come to think of as our family's home from home, having stayed here for many years now. Furthermore, Mr Pugh is always more than ready in case of query. Always a wonderful experience, however long we stay and at any time of year.

    Splendid! Very comfortable and very clean. So enjoy sitting on the balcony in the sun watching the cricket, croquet and the sea. Car parking space in car park opposite and wifi such bonuses. We have stayed at Seaview for many years and already booked for next year.

    I have stayed in Seaview for many years and it feels like a home from home. This year we were exceptionally lucky with the weather - it was too hot to actually sit on the balcony!

    The walls either side of the chimney Brest and the chimney Brest were wet through with damp and this affected the front bedroom as well

    Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. We have had a builder attend to the reported problem this week (July 2017) and whilst there is some staining when it rains, it doesn't smell damp. The builder is standing by to take further steps should further ingress be experienced. With apologies for any worries caused.
