We had a lovely time at Seaspray. When you reach Bunmahon with the directions follow the signs for the L3202 to Stradbally until you see Copper Coast Bed & Breakfast. Ann and Michael gave us a fantastic welcome and made sure we were OK and if there was anything we needed we only had to ask. The cottage itself is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of space inside and out for kids to run around. In some cottages we have stayed the shower is barely an add on with a trickle, not this one, it is awesome. Good kitchen facilities and utility room if you need it. One review said the roads were dangerous but they are country roads so if you are expecting dual carriageway everywhere at 70 mph then this isn't the place for you. If you want a quiet place out of the way to relax then I would give this 11/10. The view is great from the kitchen and the village is very scenic with a good few beaches around. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is the location (a bit of driving is required), owners are great, facilities are great and the cottage is really spacious and comfortable.

Both Anne and Michael are extremely nice and the house is lovely however it is very very far from anywhere (pub and shop in village which is a 20 mins walk down hill was not open) we booked for four nights but left after two, once in the house in the evening you can not go back out as roads are extremely dangerous, narrow and very steep curves, and everything is so far away Tramore is 18kms and Waterford city over 30kms. Cottages for you needs to state that it is a very rural location as we were certainly not aware of this or we would not have booked it. Explained this to Anne when we advised we would be leaving due to above. Had to drive 12kms to buy evening paper and loaf of bread which is just not on (for me anyway). Lovely scenery but unfortunately you cannot just look at the sea all day.. would not recommend for this reason.
