Christmas break, everything we needed was available, esp in the kitchen. Lovely and warm property. Spacious.

Excellent property. Very clean, modern decoration and well kept. Superb range of equipment in kitchen and games etc in the lounge area. Thoughtful gift of chocolate and jam on arrival. Large rooms so the 5 of us didn't feel cramped at all. Only slight issue was, a bit chilly for my liking in the 'loft' bedrooms and upper bathroom, as we went in October half term but it did say we could have requested extra blankets. Overall a great property and would recommend.

One week stay at Seasands. Great location with easy access to the town. Lots of room in this property, also has off road parking. Street outside was quiet at night. The walk to the seafront takes only a few minutes making it easy to just pop down to the beach for a short while, or to carry things for a longer visit. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Three generations of our family had a memorable holiday at Seasands. We had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The garden was useful for drying washing in the glorious sunshine, but less convenient for any small children as there is no gate to the road. Ample stocks of games and books for all ages; iron and ironing board, hairdryer. All equipment was of a good standard. Sofa bed very comfortable. Seasands is well positioned near sea, shops, trains, yet in a quiet residential street. We have visited Sheringham and surrounds over many years. This house is the best yet!

A great house, a good location, very well equipped, toilet roll holder in first floor shower room needs fixing properly but otherwise GREAT.

We all had a wonderful time here and settled in straight away as we felt it was very home from home. All rooms were ready to use on arrival. The welcome chocolates etc were a nice touch. We liked spacious feeling of the property. We also liked having two large sitting rooms with TV's with YouTube and Netflix.

We stayed for a week during July 2017. The property is ideally situated within walking distance of the town and beach. Although the road did not seem to full, it was a bonus to have off road parking. There are lots of things to do and visit in the area. The house is large and comfortable, with all the appliances you would need. The only issue is the steps make it unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. The house is family friendly, with stair gates in place for young families.

This holiday cottage was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We felt at home within minutes of entering the property. The location is also perfect. 2 minute walk to the town and 2 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely perfect. Given the chance we would love to go back. Thank you for having us.

Nicely situated, clean and reasonably well equipped house, but access to the rear garden is a bit of a trek - down the stairs, out the front door, round the front and side of the house and round the ground floor neighbour's garden, to the rear of the property. Nice for sitting out, but not really convenient for alfresco meals.

Absolutely brilliant, I was extremely impressed not had a local holiday for a while but perfect for the kids and loads of things to do, will be looking to rebook for autumn half term 👍👍👍👍
