Overflowing shower trays on ground floor bathroom plus ensuite bathroom shower tray too with a leaking bath from ensuite bathroom into kitchen. Very poorly cleaned kitchen on arrival with no wifi at property too .

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner. I have read the complaints regarding my property Seagull House . I have a 24hr emergency contract with British Gas which covers all the plumbing and heating. I do leave details of this in the information book in the house. I cannot understand why anyone would put up with overflowing showers and bath water coming through the kitchen ceiling and wait until they got home to complain. I have had the shower trays checked both upstairs and downstairs and the water is draining away normally. The kitchen ceiling shows no signs of water damage from the bath and when the bath is filled with water that also drains away normally. The cleaning company that we use pride themselves in the quality and service that they provide and the house has always had positive comments regarding cleanliness. As for WiFi, we do not advertise that we provide it.

nice house inside very modern very up todate shower rooms pity about the view from house not the house used in picture tuck round the back in courtyard had second thoughts when we arrived but it was okay just to sleep in and go out and exsplore the lakes view from balcony was of adried up creek that had not seen a boat up their for years very run down area

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. The dried up creek this guest mentions is a tidal river. Millions of pounds have been spent on flood defense in recent years to stop the river at certain high tides flooding the village.
