Enjoyed the quiet location (the sound of the train line was quite soothing and not a disturbance) within easy walking distance of all local amenities. Neighbours were very friendly and helpful. Well equipped throughout and would return.

A great little appartment in a lovely Devon town a short cheap train ride away from Exeter, Torquay and Paignton. We would recommend this appartment and definitely use again. The only little niggle is the lack of wi-fi and no mobile signal inside the flat unless u stand your phone on the sash window in the lounge, then you might get lucky.

Was advised that scaffolding had recently been erected at the front of the building but this has obviously been there quite a while. Also told there is no Internet although it said in brochure there was. Very inconvenient. Biggest issue was size of bedrooms. Very little floor space and tiny amount of storage in second bedroom. Unable to open window as bed underneath. Would suggest a single bed rather than a 4 foot. Apart from these issues it was nicely furnished and up to date kitchen and bathroom.

We were able to easily reach the different places we wanted to go to from there. It was a very pleasant apartment.
