Just the quiet, relaxing break we needed and the ‘home from home’ style accommodation was a big part of that.

We could have done with a few more pots and glasses, and once the he y duty cleaning product smell had been eliminated, the place was lovely. And so warm! Even in January we had the window open to vent some colder air in

Excellent, exactly what we wanted. A very well equipped kitchen, super view towards Tintagel. Quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Lovely and warm in spite of storm Eleanor. Good shower and lots of hot water. As others have said, a bit of a climb back from the harbour. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic place, just right for the 3 of us cosy and warm. Spectacular views and we were able to watch the firework display from the apartment that was taking place on the beach the night we got there. We had a lovely week and looking to return in the new year. Alex Sarah & Amelia who’s 4 months old

Couldn't believe how lucky we were to find such a great property with the most amazing view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Outstanding accommodation, the apartment was comfortable and modern with amazing views. As other reviewers have already said the cream tea and fresh flowers are a thoughtful and welcoming touch. We will definitely be booking again.

Would we go back, for the view alone yes we would. An amazing view from the garden and one that we would never tire of, amazing. There were a few things that could have been better for us. There was a day when it got very cold and we could not get the heating to work. We rang the housekeeper who explained that the heating system can take days to warm up because it is underfloor and there are stone tiles. Not an ideal system if you want a quick warm up in the evening. The towel rail did not work and so we could not dry our towels off without putting them in the tumble dryer situated in lock up, no linen line. A more comfortable sofa and one more suited to a lounge would be nice as uncomfortable. Last comment is there is not as much equipment in the kitchen as other houses we have stayed at and had to improvise a lot. Please bear in mind these are our comments, it does not distract from what was a great week away in a nice studio with stunning views.

Great location and accommodation. The only problem for us was the horrendous weather.
